I cannot say enough good things about the care that was provided to my father. The caregiver was compassionate, caring and reliable. She showed excellent judgment and was a wonderful communicator.
I would like to inform you that your employee is to be commended for her wonderful care she is providing. I have personally witnessed the love and care with which the caregiver cooks, cleans and takes care of the personal needs of her client. Each time I visit my friend I am relieved and comforted that she is being taken care of so well.
I am writing this letter of appreciation on behalf of my family. I would like to take the time to say Thank You for the kindness and courtesy shown to our family in a time when emotions were riding high. Your promptness was crucial and your concern with consistency was extremely important and your ability to fulfill those needs was met to our satisfaction.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of my mother and father. Even though the care was only for my mother your aids always helped my father, even if he didn’t want help. I know that my mother can be difficult at times, and maybe more times than not, but your aids continued to treat her with respect and respond to her every wish. I would also like to offer a special thank you for all the times you came over and just spoke with my mother or visited her in the rehab and even went shopping for her. You became a friend to her and she always looked forward to seeing you. I will forever be grateful.

As out client base ages, we receive more distress calls from the elderly and their families. Illness, injuries and the aging process result in calls to the family lawyer.
Our need for expertise and either temporary or permanent home aide care has exposed us to several home care agencies across New Jersey counties, including franchise or chain operations.
What we’ve experienced ranges from the appalling to the highly devoted and responsible. While ultimately, the aide placed in your home is the yardstick by which a home health aide provider may be judged, it’s the company’s ownership which sets the quality standards its aides must meet.
As calls come in, we’ve found ourselves reaching out to Key Home Care and its owner, Sharon Muenster, for advice and intervention. It’s a first class operation. We count on Sharon’s accurate analysis of the family situation, the patient’s needs, and the financial aid available. She’s been invaluable to us and, more importantly, to our clients.
We’ve one client who reached out to us after his life was taken over by the State. We even got a call from his bank warning the county social worker was raising suspicious interest in our client’s finances. Sharon helped our client move from a non-stimulating, lonely, squalid flat to a private residence and a live-in aide providing care and a full social life. The social interaction and improved diet has given our client a new life, free of the state and county management.
We’ve personally observed Sharon in action, called upon her for advice, and had occasion to interact and follow up with our clients using Key Home Care’s services. When we get the call, Sharon gets the call. Chains and franchise operations don’t come close to the knowledgeable compassionate home care advice and service we’ve consistently received from Key Home Care. It’s our first and only call. No one else we’ve dealt with comes close.
