I cannot say enough good things about the care that was provided to my father. The caregiver was compassionate, caring, and reliable. She showed excellent judgment and was a wonderful communicator.

Our firm has referred to Key Home Care when our clients choose to age in place. They are reliable, honest, educated in their field, and very easy to communicate with.
We have seen firsthand that the owner and the caregivers treat the clients as their own family. I’m not sure there is anything more you could ask for when entrusting your loved one into someone else hands for care.

Sharon, the owner, and the aides she has sent have been wonderful. They are professional yet compassionate and caring. There has never been a time when my requests were not handled, and my stress was not reduced by knowing I had help I could depend on.
If you have never before had in-home help or had a bad experience, talk to Sharon and let her ease your mind and allow her aides to give comfort to your loved ones. YOU will sleep better at night.

I am a longtime client of Key Home Care, both as a family caregiver and as a person who has used them for business clients. The home care company is professional, responsible, adaptable to crisis situations, fairly priced, and overall carries my highest recommendation.

Highly Recommend!! I can’t say enough great things about Sharon Muenster and Key Home Care. I have been using this agency for the past 5 years to oversee the care of my mother, who has dementia.
Not only did Sharon provide us with an amazing caregiver, but she is hands-on and always available to provide any assistance and support needed. Sharon and her team are trustworthy, reliable, and, most importantly, a pleasure to work with, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to you and your family!

As our client base ages, we receive more distress calls from the elderly and their families. Illness, injuries, and the aging process result in calls to the family lawyer.
Our need for expertise and either temporary or permanent home aide care has exposed us to several home care agencies across New Jersey counties, including franchise or chain operations.

What we’ve experienced ranges from the appalling to the highly devoted and responsible. While ultimately, the aide placed in your home is the yardstick by which a home health aide provider may be judged, it’s the company’s ownership which sets the quality standards its aides must meet.
As calls come in, we’ve found ourselves reaching out to Key Home Care and its owner, Sharon Muenster, for advice and intervention. It’s a first class operation. We count on Sharon’s accurate analysis of the family situation, the patient’s needs, and the financial aid available. She’s been invaluable to us and, more importantly, to our clients.
We’ve one client who reached out to us after his life was taken over by the State. We even got a call from his bank warning the county social worker was raising suspicious interest in our client’s finances. Sharon helped our client move from a non-stimulating, lonely, squalid flat to a private residence and a live in aide providing care and a full social life. The social interaction and improved diet has given our client a new life, free of state and county management.
We’ve personally observed Sharon in action, called upon her for advice, and had occasion to interact and follow up with our clients using Key Home Care’s services. When we get the call, Sharon gets the call. Chains and franchise operations don’t come close to the knowledgeable compassionate home care advice and service we’ve consistently received from Key Home Care. It’s our first and only call. No one else we’ve dealt with comes close.
